As a family-run business, we worked closely with the team at Davidsons Homes to review their digital channels and create a digital strategy that not only reflects a long-established company but also provides a clear and helpful experience for their customers.
Website Redesign
Our goal was to redesign their website with a focus on improved user experience and modern functionality. We established the best layout to accommodate this particular business for a better browsing experience, which has happily led to a strong increase in conversion rates.
Portals
One essential feature for Davidsons Homes was the automation of data from property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. This addition has helped reduce manual tasks and remove any inconsistencies in the future.

An enhanced customer journey, from an initial enquiry to moving into their new home, was vital for this redesign. The website demanded that customers found all relevant information and were clear about each step. The 360-degree tours were particularly helpful during lockdown when viewings were restricted.
