ERP system for online retailer
What is the role of a digital consultant ? A large, online retailer client asked us to assist in building a bespoke ERP system which would help them with their complex requirements in terms of order management, stock control, shipping and fulfilment. As well as improving efficiency in these areas it will give their team one system and a more enjoyable user experience to help their customers.
Marketing materials for an engineering company
Earlier this month we worked with an engineering company who deal with oils and lubricants which they produce for car manufacturers and the airline industry. We were set the task to create marketing materials about the company and their product range for their numerous customers worldwide.
Scoping project for Magento transfer to Shopify
We also started a scope for a business looking to migrate their successful E-commerce business from Magneto to Shopify. This included looking at B2C and B2B requirements and SEO strategy to ensure a smooth transition. This is something we have done for various clients previously and a process we enjoy.
Website creation for property management company
This month we were also approached by a new property management company, who were looking for a new website for their business. We are designing the website on Squarespace as they wanted a platform that was easy for them manage and it will be going live in April.
Consultancy work and digital strategy for retail business
We are consulting with an established online retailer, looking at their digital strategy. The key focus is to help them develop their nurture and loyalty programmes to grow revenues from their existing customer base and increase average order values.
Members area set up on Squarespace website
One of our clients has multiple customers who constantly want to see reports on their buildings - this means lots of inbound calls and emails requesting documents. “Can you make it easier?” was the question we were asked. We suggested creating Members Areas on Squarespace where the numerous clients could access all their information and documents in one space with just a simple log in. We then connected a document management system to hold the data. This set up helped to create efficiency and also avoided many phone calls and extensive back and forths, making it a simple process for everyone.
Shopify website for a new brand
Furthermore, we also looked to help out an established businesses as they requested an E-commerce website to be built on Shopify in order to sell their new green products online. This new website will not only help them to launch their brand new product line, but will also seek to diversify their products in order to meet the growing demand for green products from their customers.
Shopify migration from Kibo commerce
This month we also worked with a long established, market leading business who wanted to modernise their website and improve their customer experience. We suggested moving on to Shopify to give a more enjoyable and experience for their customers, particularly on mobile. Behind the scenes they have also commented that the CMS is much easier to use to manage products and pricing.
Plan and design website for existing client
We had the pleasure of working with an existing client this month, who have various strands to their business, as they were looking at investing in a more efficient. We wanted to build them a space online where they could express their services, why they are market leaders in their area in a more in depth way, while reviewing their SEO strategy.
Helping our clients to save time, make things easier or map out a plan to achieve growth is the most enjoyable part of our work, we really love it.
